Restorations
We regularly buy carts that we pride ourselves in refurbishing and bringing them back to life.
Our refurbishment process includes:
- Complete repair of rust damage and respray of the chassis.
- Checking of the Braking System, and new Brake Shoes / Pads.
- Checking of the suspension, and replacement of shocks and bushes.
- Checking of the Motor and Controller, and replacement of the Motor Brushes.
- Complete respray of the body, roof and all black panels at our inhouse panel beating shop (customer chooses the colour).
- Re-upholstery of all seats including wooden base, industrial foam and marine vinyl (customer chooses the colour).
- New tyres
- New windscreen
- New rubber carpet
